Taylor's Trailblazing Golf

Fact-Checking and Corrections Policy

How to flag a problem and how a correction should be handled.

Accuracy includes recognising when information is incomplete, outdated or insufficiently supported. Taylor’s Trailblazing Golf welcomes specific correction reports.

Before publication

Check important product, compatibility, safety, price and competition claims against the most appropriate current source. Record the exact model and the date of time-sensitive checks. Verify calculations, internal links, captions and the distinction between research and testing.

Send a correction

Email karen@taylorstrailblazinggolf.com with the page address, the sentence or table entry concerned, what you believe needs changing and a link to supporting evidence. Avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

Review and action

A report is assessed against the underlying sources. The page may be corrected, clarified, temporarily withdrawn or left unchanged with an explanation. A report does not automatically establish that a statement is wrong, and a commercial preference is not a reason to remove a supported criticism.

Material corrections

Where an error could materially affect a purchase, compatibility or safety decision, the correction should be made prominent enough to explain what changed. Minor spelling and layout fixes do not necessarily require a separate note.

Urgent concerns

Do not rely on a website response for an urgent safety issue. Stop using suspect equipment and contact the manufacturer or a suitable professional. This mailbox is not an emergency or medical service.
